ICE LOLLIES


Seeing as the weather turned a little warmer (for about a week!) I decided my little one needed some kind of cold treat in the heat so I decided to make a iced smoothie lolly. She was so impressed, she polished off the lot in one sitting!

Ingredients:

4 heaped dessert spoons Greek yogurt
120ml cup fresh orange (100% fruit)
125g mango

Method:

  • Put all of the ingredients in a blend and blend until smooth
  • Poor the mixture into an ice lolly mould and freeze for at least 4 hours or until frozen throughout

Variations:

I first made these lollies with yogurt and a fruit purée pouch. As it was a berry based purée, I added some frozen summer berries. But you could make your own purées to mix in to the yogurt and make any flavour combo you like.
